Uninstall on logout or shutdown

Anyone know the best way to have software uninstalled at logout or shutdown? I want to leave it running over a few days and don't want to uninstall it everytime someone shutsdown, which stops me using GPO right? My other go-to option would be Altiris, but that only lets me define "at logon" or "on startup".

The installer won't run over the top of the existing installation unfortunately
