Uninstalling old program with MI
I am new to managed installs. I want to create an MI to uninstall Reader 11.03. When it asks to 'upload and associate file' I am not sure where to find that.
Also if this works how do I run this MI and then follow it with an MI to install 11.08?
Thanks.
Jane

Anyone have any feedback about Adobe Cleaner Tool? It seems like I have read negative things about this.
Thanks

As for your 11.03 to 11.08 situation, there's no need to uninstall the old version. Simply apply the patch to an existing install with the appropriate "MSIEXEC /update" syntax. - vjaneczko 10 years ago
I don't have those old versions of .msi.
Do you have any specific reason why I should use that cleaner tool?
Thanks for your help - jfrasier 10 years ago
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
and use that. ..
