Very new user, very basic questions
First, I offer my apologies for this very basic question; I am in rather an uncomfortable position here. I have been called upon to create images for our company's PCs and Macs. I have successfully deployed images in the past, but I have never created images and uploaded them for imaging. Are there (very) basic instructions I could follow for doing this?

Yep, use scripted installations rather than system images if you want to look like a proper superhero!!! Also it means you don’t need to keep rebuilding a gold image, Sysprep and recapture, so lower ongoing maintenance.
