Virtual SMA spiking CPU and RAM every 10-20 minutes

Hey All,

I'm running into an issue right now where the CPU is spiking on my virtual server every 10-20 minutes.

Currently we are running on an older version of the SMA 11.1 (will upgrade soon).  However, we are at around 2,700 devices and are using 8CPUs and 16GB of Memory, which is well within what we should be using.  I looked and didn't see any scripts that are running every 10 minutes.  Anyone have any ideas what it could be caused from?

I recommend that you upgrade your SMA to a supported version with all the SMA security patches and bug fixes.

Leaving the SMA vulnerable could leave your end points vulnerable.

In version 13.1 of the SMA, you can run the Troubleshooting Tools -> Diagnostic Tools - SMA Configuration report to get a snapshot of tasks and SMA settings that may affect performance.
