Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4

Has anyone tried installing the software above from this site http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30679 and have it coming up as Japanese/Chinese writing? Just looking for an msi version to be able to deploy as part of a software installation.
