Web Release doesn't run InstallScript

Hi everyone,

I have a nagging problem that seems impossible to solve! I am using Installshield 09 Pro to package an application.
For this application it is required that each feature is encapsulated within a cab file so that our users can download the software making it easier for updates. I can do this fine by using a web release however, heres the dilema.

The application moves some of the dll files to other irectories and especially within the TARGETDIR itself.
Therefore when the user does an uninstall the files remain and fail to completey uninstall.

I overcame this by using an InstallScript with deletedir to run using CA sequenced after RemoveFiles.
This CA runs prefectly when I do any release other than a Web release.
But I need the setup.exe to be able to retrieve the cab files pertaining to my application.
I read somewhere (probably in the help files) that web releases can only be used for a full windows installer - installer.

Does anyone know which approach I should take to overcome this and allow my script to run. And also for it to be Internet downloadable.
