Hi Eswari,

Can you please tell us to which application is the Webex aa add-in. I am not aware of this software.

Generally for testing add-ins for functionality we have to test the main software for which the application is an add-in for. I am sure the add-in software will provide an extended functionality for the main application. So in this way after inbstalling/deploying both the softwares you may test the add-in?

Cheers

Did you install it per-machine or (as I suspect) per-user?

Once again it appears that the new-fangled Internet thingy called 'Google' has passed you by. Also, it really helps to identify the *actual* application you're having trouble with. WebEx is the vendor's name (in actual fact, they're now part of Cisco) and the app you're concerned with is, I suspect, Meeting Manager. It's an Office add-in, used principally via Outlook.

Go to the vendor's web site http://www.webex.com and select the relevant help page. You could start here http://support.webex.com/support/documentation.html?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=Documentation

Lastly, you've posted in the wrong forum again.

Hi Prodigy,

Create a MST then add or set the property ALLUSERS = 1, so that shortcuts will appear on users account.

Hope this will help...

Hi,

Webex is a Web conferencing tool. The client is call "Meeting manager". Nevertheless Webex can be used without that client. To test, you have to go onto the Web conferencing site. The advantage of installing that client is to have better response at the connection.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
