During boot LSA works with the system BIOS and while most current versions of LSA use the 18h interrupt, some older ones use 19h for compatibility with older BIOS chips. If your computer fails to start with LSA (interrupt 18h failure), you may need to manually switch the interrupt.
On some systems, you need to enter the BIOS menu to change the interrupt setting. On others you may toggle between them during boot by pressing CTRL-T. If you change the value, it will be stored in in memory so you do not need to specify it again next boot.
