What does this file do?

The latest version of Quicktime 7.1.3 when unpacked includes a file named QuicktimeInstallerAdmin.exe along with the Quicktime.msi. I cannot figure out what this does and running it doesn't appear to do anything. It also isn't needed to run the Quicktime.msi Any ideas? I was hoping it was some sort of tool for admins to configure QT. Google doesn't seem to know...
