What is the best way to deploy McAfee over the network?

I would like to install McAfee on numerous computers over our network.

depending on the network:

Do a managed install with KACE

Use another network management appliance/software (like OME or similar)
Use Group Policy

Installation by hand on each machine

  • You can use McAfee Installation Designer to customize the McAfee MSI. Then create a Managed Installation job on the K1000 and push it out to your clients. - dmaximoff 11 years ago
