What Java is everyone using?

I'm currently deciding between JRE 5 Update 11 vs JRE 6 for packaging and deployment. What is everyone here currently using in their production environment? Anyone come across any issues with either one?

Is 6 out of beta?

We're about to roll out 5_11 as it's the only version that doesn't need a DST patch.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
