when I perform the program, the program stand be loading, as if I was installing again ...
I have a problem with my MSI package, can you help me ?
is simple:
1) I made my MSI package without problems
2) I installed this in the local administrator login without problems
3) However, when I load the program in other users, the program stand be loading, as if I was installing again (any other users)
How i fix this problem ?

Hi malvado!
In my ears that sounds to be one of Windows Installers feature to repair a uncomplete install.
This is supposed to work this way, and isn't anything thats wrong.
The things you have to look at in your package is things in Current User in registry and files placed in some kind of personal folder (application data, homedir or maybe SendTo-folder).
Try look there and see if there is important information, or if it's just crap.
Some applications doesn't work without that information, but some works just fine without it.
