Why won't my licenses sum in Dell Kace SW Compliance
We are just brining up our Dell KACE K1000 and I am trying to load SW licenses.
Everything was going fine until I loaded another instance of a license that I had already loaded. It was the same product in the Undiscovered SW catalog but all of the rest of the data was unique including the name.
License one and License 2 for Windows 10 are both showing as successfully loaded and I can see them in the asset page and the software compliance page with their respective quantities and data. The issue is they WON'T SUM. The license compliance view shows the license qty for just the first license loaded and not the second.
I hit the update now button but the two licenses do not total. Is there a delay or some background process that runs at night that will perform the summing of the two licenses?
I did add some custom fields and the data is populating those fields successfully.
Did we not configure something or is this a known issue?
