Workflow management tools
My client is looking at implementing a tool to manage their packaging workflow. There appear to be 3 major players in the market: what have your experiences been with your workflow tool? What do you use? Would you implement the same tool again and if so, what would you do differently? If not, why not?

I Personally like WorkFlow Manager (Flexera Software)
Reasons why :

- SQL driven
- CMDB enabled
- realtime reporting
- you can also implement other workflows from different IT processes
- API for integration with other tools ( ServiceDesk tools)
- SLA Management
- License Optimization / SAM (Flexnet Manager connection)
- Full AD exchange
- Dynamic Email support
- Virtual Application Support
- Fully integrated with AdminStudio (automation)

I can offer you a tool which I use for workflow. This is Comindware task manager and I like it as you can create graphic workflow which is easier for me.
