Workstations' MAC address not being picked up by K100

Hi,

For some reason workstations MAC address's in a remote site are not being picked up by the K2100, there is a RSA in the location.

The strange thing is that when i set up a new install via Kace in the remote location the MAC address is recorded.

Are there any additional settings for the RSA?

Thanks in advance

Mike

If you are booting to an RSA, no info is going to be passed back to the K2100 - at least that's my understanding. If you setup an install from the K2100 and it records the MAC, that is because the install is being triggered by the K2100. You can think of RSAs as tiny, stand-alone K2100's that act as PXE servers and repositories. As far as I know, they don't roll any info up to the primary server (K2100).

Corey, is any info transferred back? I was under the impression that "what happens at an RSA stays at an RSA."
