XenApp Packaging
I just need a bit of advice from anyone with XenApp experience. I currently package virtualised MSIs for deployment to desktops via App-V. Virtualisation seems to be the way to go now but I can't help but notice that there do seem to be more XenApp sites out there than App-V at the moment. So my question is how much more difficult is it to package to a XenApp environment compared to App-V? I have no experience with XenApp so is this the sort of thing I could setup in a lab and learn, or is it best to just bite the bullet and book a XenApp course?
I'm a big fan of App-V but it just seems whenever I look at packaging jobs the dreaded word "XenApp" always comes up! I'm beginning to wonder if learning both App-V AND XenApp is the way to go.
I'd be interested in anyone's thoughts on this.
