Here is how I managed the install.

Do NOT create a mst file with Wise. It will not work and block al the time!! If you start up the cd/source files of Autocad you will find (in the first screen) a link to network deployment.

Choose for install of this product.

This will add an entry in your programs under Autodesk.
Start it up and you will get a wizard that creates the right files for you. Including the mst file.

How the wizard works you can check here.

After that is is easy to install the msi with an mst file and make it silent.
