To avoid the reboot in the setup I used a script that installs the prerequisites first as follows:

..\TrueView\support\DirectX\DXSETUP.exe /SILENT

..\TrueView\support\VCRedist\2008\x86\install.exe /qb!

msiexec.exe /i ..\TrueView\support\msxml\msxml6.msi /qb-!

msiexec.exe /i ..\TrueView\DWGVIEWR.msi /qb-!

Command Line
To remove DWG Trueview 2010 from the command line you can use this:
MsiExec.exe /x {5783F2D7-8028-0409-0000-0060B0CE6BBA} /q

When looking through the registry, the product code is stored in HKLM/Software/Autodesk/DWG TrueView/R7/DWGVIEWER-8001:4009 I guess the last few bits are dependant on the actual release you have installed. Works a treat from a script!
