The following commands should work for a silent install with the setup file.

Run:
AxureRP-Pro-Setup.exe /s

To specify a target dir:
AxureRP-Pro-Setup.exe /s TARGETDIR="c:\folder1\folder2"

To automatically license the install, you can put a "lic.key" file into the target directory with the content:

licensee~key

replacing licensee with your licensee name and key.
