**PreRequisites:**
Microsoft Visual Studio .NET Standard Edition or higher. (Caveat: VS2005 does not work with this product!)
**Extracting the files:**
-Run xmdeveloper4610.exe and tell it to use C:\TEMP\XMD4610 to extract to
-When presented with a menu, leave it alone
-copy the contents of C:\TEMP\XMD4610 to the network
**Creating the ISS file**
Launch with a r switch to create a setup.iss file in C:\Windows
%~DP0xmetal\setup.exe -r /f1"C:\Temp\xmDeveloper.iss"
-Follow the menus and select accoring to your needs.
-When asked to reboot, say No
-Copy the xmDeveloper.iss file to the network share.
**Launching silently**
setup.exe /s /f1"<path to network>\xmDeveloper.iss
The notes from Blast Radius say that I need the /Z switch for entering the license. I typed in the Licence number during the creation of the ISS file and it worked. If you need it use it like this: /z"abc-123"

Your system must have one of the Microsoft Visual Studio.NET standard language products, e.g., Microsoft Visual Basic® .NET Standard, or alternatively Visual Studio.NET Enterprise or Professional versions installed prior to installing XMetaL Developer. FYI: XMetaL is an Extensible Markup Language product suite, which Corel acquired from SoftQuad Software Inc. in 2002. Blast Radius bought it from Corel in Feb 2004.
