I was unable to find any command line to silence the downloaded installer.
When it installs, it will unpack an .exe to the temp dir but that's equally useless

Trick is: 

1. Install on a machine manually.  
2. Go to the Windows\Installer directory (This is system hidden)
3. In windows explorer detailed view, Right click on the column header and add: Authors
4. Find the .msi by Brice Lambson (It will have a strange name that's randomly assigned from machine to machine)
5. You can copy/rename this and use it like any other .msi

• I don't always suggest this route but it seems to work for this app.
• ALSO NOTE: You'll get a different .msi on 32 and 64 bit machines.  Repeat this process on each to collect what you need.
• On my XP machine I found the MSI here: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Package Cache\{Check each folder for Imageresizer.msi}
