msiexec /i caseware_wp_2011.msi /qb!

But in our company we needed a bit more and made a script to do this:

msiexec /i caseware_wp_2011.msi /qb!
%programfolder%\caseware\pdfinst\install.exe -s

cacls "C:\casewarefolder\" /T /E /G everyone:f
REG IMPORT casesettings.reg
