To break it down;
/SILENT - Silent install. This will show progress but no user options. This is the /passive equivilent on an msi.
Alternatively use /verysilent which is completely silent.
/NOICONS - Leaves no desktop or start menu icons.
/TYPE=NoPlayers - Installs only codecs (Not included players).
Possible types are: Full, MPCOnly, ZPOnly, NoPlayers
/COMPONENTS="CoreWavPack, FFDShow, FLVSplitter, HaaliSplitter, MPVDecoder, VSFilter" - This will install all filters (Remove what you don't want)
/TASKS="SetPerceivedTypes, RegisterExtWMP, HaaliShellInfo, HaaliShellInfo\Thumbnails" - These are all possible tasks (Run installer normally to see this option)
/MERGETASKS="SetPerceivedTypes, RegisterExtWMP, HaaliShellInfo, HaaliShellInfo\Thumbnails" - This is primarily used for re-installation/upgrades. Generally this will be the same as above (tasks).
