Command Line

Download the install to a network share.
"\\networkshare\xpsoft\Certiport\IQ System"

Run the setup with the following command on a test machine.
"\\networkshare\xpsoft\Certiport\IQ System\setup.exe" /r

Answer all of the questions and run through the entire install.

Next - go to C:\Windows and copy the setup.iss file to the same network share as above.

Install on a client machine with the following code
