This is a vendor msi in which three msi's are to be installed including ISSCript msi.The second msi is eTrust Common Services.msi which installs with any problem.The last msi which is the main msi cannot be installed.during installtion only you get error.There is some logic in Setup which is not there or ccant be put in MSI.also one cant pass transform to setup using /v parameter as setup itself applies Language transform when it is launched.|The only way to install the application is prepare your transform with the required changes.then open setup.ini and modify the property EnableLangDlg to N.diable Custom actions "ClientConfigWizard" and "SetupReportRegistry".the effect of these custom actions is that they put some configuration related registry entriesd which can be captured and entered by creating a new component and putting these in it.delete 1033.mst in source folder.then rename your folder to 1033.mst.then run setup.exe as "Start /WAIT setup.exe /w /s /v"/Lie %TEMP%\eTAManager.log /qn ADDLOCAL=ALL SETUPEXEDIR=. INSTALLDIR=\"C:\Program Files\CA\eTrust Admin\".setup itself internally applies 1033.mst.
