When one generates a transform from the vendor supplied source directory the main issue is to customize the "Set It And Forget It" settings, which it is actually the scheduler for the service.

The customization is done by editing the diskeep.ctl file in Notepad and make the appropriate changes (as an example I might want to schedule the diskeeper for ..every Monday between 05.00 and 07.00). Then the customized file has to be copied to the InstallDirectory (c:\Program Files\Diskeeper), replacing the original one.
