You can deploy this package by using InstallShield to answer all the licensing and install location information with a response transform file. Then you'll need to create another MST that updates these two files...

Automatic Update Information
[INSTALLDIR]\Components\QBUpdate\Qbchan.dat

There may be another way other than a response file to answer the licensing information and install location, but I did not see any INI files or Public Properties when I looked. Also, the registration file is essentially encrypted, so you'll have to do a succesful installation of QB 2005, register it, and add that qbhsPro.dat file into the MST. My install commandline ended up looking like this...

msiexec.exe ALLUSERS=2 /i QuickBooks.msi TRANSFORMS=Response.mst;RegistrationAndUpdates.mst /qb!
