I added a link for this app: http://www.mekkographics.com/support-and-learning/mekko-graphics/installation-and-activation/#20, Vendors have not quite got it right... (Do NOT try using the activation XML)

This is an installshield script MSI. create an ISS file for silent install by running the installer with /r, copy the ISS file from C:\Windows into the folder where your deliverable will be.

Then run:
"%~dp0MekkoGraphics.exe" /s /v/qn /v"/qn SERIALNUMBER=XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX"
IF NOT ERRORLEVEL 0 Exit %ERRORLEVEL%

This command works, installs silently (oh, the VSTOR pre req is already installed) and activates the product. The ISS file is in the same dir as the EXE so you dont need to add anything to the cmd
