E-Transcript Viewer can be deployed it just requires some prerequisites first. You have to also deploy the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages first. Years 2005, 2008, 2010, and 2013. You can download these from Microsoft. {i dont recommend getting them from anywhere else} Once you have deployed these you can deploy the extracted E-transcript viewer msi.
How to extract the msi:
Go to C:\users\your-username\appdata\local\temp\ keep this window open.
I would recommend cleaning out this folder first so you can see the new folders that are about to pop up.
run the E-transcript viewer install file
Watch your temp folder to see the new folder appear (hint: its the folder that has the current date as last modified)
Inside this new folder is going to be the MSI file.
Copy the entire contents of this folder to a safe place.
How to Deploy:
I recommend downloading PDQ Deploy.
Create a new package for each of the MS visual C++ files
Make sure that in the commands section you check the custom box and add " /Q" at the end of the command. {without quotes. if you dont add this it wont work}
Create a new package for the ETV msi file. Select Copy entire directory check box. {but only if you put the previous documents in a folder by them self}
Select all of your packages and tell it to Deploy Once
Select your targets and click Deploy now.
Go make a sandwich.
