To launching ZAPP with Command Line Switches you have to edit Registry.

Only "%zenworks_home%\bin\zapp-launcher.exe /s /max" options did not work.

For 32-bit Operating Systems:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
“ZAPP"=""%zenworks_home%\bin\zapp-launcher.exe /runonce /s /max"
Registry key Type: REG_EXPAND_SZ

For 64-bit Operating Systems:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
