Note
Just used "XLVIEWER.EXE /C" to extract the installation files to a network location.

One of the extracted files is a .msi file called "xlviewer.msi", we used this one to deploy the viewer using "msiexec /i xlviewer.msi /qn".

Note: The file "xlviewer.cab" must exist`s on the same directory of the "xlviewer.msi" file.

I just used /extract with the 2007 version:
ExcelViewer.exe /extract
One of the extracted files also comes out to be a "msi"-file, which can be deployed in the same way as the 2003 one.
