Though not documented that I could find, you can pass the PIDKEY to the FP11.msi file like you would any other msi and it will work. You must remove the dashes from the Product Key or it will not recognize it.

msiexec.exe /qb!+ /i "FP11.msi" PIDKEY=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
