msdnixp.exe - MSDN Library for Visual Studio 2008 Express Editions

Remove CA_BlockDirectInstall_GUIH_SKU_x86_enu.3643236F_FC70_11D3_A536_0090278A1BB8 from InstallExecuteSequence and InstallUISequence from msdn_exp.msi
