This in itself is not a difficult thing to repackage. However when dealing with roaming profiles and a machinebased install, the following will make life easier: 1. Move the TemplateBuilderforWord folder that was placed in AppData/Oracle, to the main folder (Progr(x86)\Bi Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop). The TB_WORK_DIR key located in 'HKCU\Software\Oracle\XML Publisher\Template Builder for Word' will also have to be changed to this new location. You will still need an activesetup to replicate this (since users will probably not click on the advertised shortcuts if you choose to keep them in the first place). 2. Place the dot files in a central location on the network. Important: You will have to use the UNC path when you set the location of the STARTUP folder in Word to the central location. If you use a driveletter you might see that the AddIns will be appear double when you start using the addin inside Word. I suspect this has something to do with DFS.
