To repackage as an MSI with Wise Package Studio, perform an initial scan with SetupCapture, run the manufacturer's installer, launch the software to ensure it's working, then run another scan to complete the capture of the setup. Open the resulting WSI file in Windows Installer Editor, go to the Tables tab, and delete the "PDF2WordDLL.dll" line from the SelfReg table. It should install and work fine after this.
