Note

During Silent Install of ClearQuest you may get an error stating the installer cannot find the tag.dat file on disk 2. The Solutions CD that ClearQuest is installed from comes on 2 CD''s. To get around this problem perform the following steps:

1) Create a directory called disk1. (this will be your parent directory)
2) Copy disk 1 into the disk1 parent directory on the hard drive of the machine to be the installation server.
3) Create a sub-directory inside the parent directory for disk2 and call this sub-directory disk2
4) Copy the contents of disk2 into the disk2 sub-directory
