This is a plug-in for internet explorer that provide the ability to create web crystal reports. Usely it's installed by the server when you log in but if you are in a lockdown environnement you may need to manually installed this plug-in on users machine.
1. Find the ActiveXViewer.cab file on the server and extract all files from it.
2. Create a package by installing the following files in to the system32 folder.
- Crviewer.dll
- Crviewer9.dll
- Sviewhlp.dll
- Swebers.dll
3. You will also need to registered each of these DLL files on your system.
If you install Crystal Report 10 Enterprise on a server there is a problem with the ActiveXviewer. In order to fix this problem you must install the hotfix from Seagate on the server and deploy a new version of the ActiveX on your machines.
