This installation appears to be an Installshield MSI installation wrapped in a setup.exe. But running the setup.exe did not extract a temporary MSI so it was repackaged it to a new MSI.

Perhaps this was due to some security routines as this uses a Dongle to run.

This uses Sentinel Protection Installer 7.3 to run the dongle.

In SCCM package model you can use "RUN ANOTHER PROGRAM FIRST" method to install Sentinel Protection Installer 7.3 etc

Or you can use a prerequisite/Task sequence

Use a wrapper like this:

msiexec.exe /i "AnswerTree 3.1.msi" ROOTDRIVE="c:\" /qn /norestart /l*v "%windir%\logs\AnswerTree3.1.log"
