2.) Zip the msi file

3.) Create a new managed install.
        a.) Upload your .ZIP file of the VIPSetup.msi
        b.) Override Install,   type the following command:      msiexec /i VIPSetup.msi /qn
        c.) Set the rest of your options and your done.
