It's a rock star application and wont install silently unless you create a response file by using "/r" and the response file gets created inside C:\Windows folder as "setup.iss". Copy the .iss file in the directory of the setup.exe and execute it using a "/s" argument. Then only it will install silently. But still it will not deploy using SCCM as the "setup.exe" file is creating a log file by itself in the same directory as the package but doesn't have permission and also, concurrent installation is trying to create same setup.log file in the same directory at the same time and failing. To solve this you need to force the setup.exe to create the setup.log file in a different location where the admin have a write permission by using the argument -f2"", so I have used "T Mobile Dongle\Desktop Manager\Windows\Data\setup.exe" /s -f2"%systemroot%\temp\setup.log" .
