Download the setupp.msi from http://www.coreftp.com/download.html

You can then use
msiexec /i setupp.msi /qb

If you have a RGF file for the Pro version, perform a normal install and export the CoreFTP key from HKLM\Software\FTPWare you can then do a regedit -s coreftp.reg in your installation script.
