Download the MSI from Webroot and have you license key handy. Use the following command line:
msiexec.exe /qn /i "wsasme.msi" GUILIC="[license key]"
example: msiexec.exe /qn /i "wsasme.msi" GUILIC="abcd-efgh-ijkl-1234-5678"
/qn - quiet, no UI
/i - install
'GUILIC=' - the license key
Works as vehmeier describes;
I'll add that after downloading the MSI file from Webroot, modified the MSI file in Orca first as described on Webroot's YouTube channel educational video on Group Policy to include the GUILIC.

I then added the /qn and /i run parameters to the Webroot managed install instance on my K-Box.
