Running setup.exe /extract_all:"PATH" will extract the whole content of the installation.
An .iss file can be created using setup.exe /r it will be stored in C:\Windows\setup.iss by default.
Copy this file to the same path as the setup.exe and run setup.exe /s to run silent
Problem here is, that one window will still come up even if you created a record file. The license number dialog will appear even if the setup was started with /s
