The Xobni Outlook Plugin is a free download in non-MSI format. You can sign up for the enterprise deployment tool which generates the MSI and an .ADM file for Group Policy.

Once you sign up you can download XobiController.exe. XobniController will generate the MSI and can also generate an .ADM file.

If you load the .ADM file into a text editor (Notepad), you can see all the registry settings that control the settings:

HKLM\Software\Policies\Xobni\Xobni Sidebar\Preferences
DWORD: auto_updates_on = 0
DWORD: ceip_on = 0
DWORD: linked_in_on = 1
DWORD: phone_home_on = 0
DWORD: skype_on = 0
DWORD: yahoo_on = 0
DWORD: xobni_on = 1
DWORD: web_search_on = 0
DWORD: web_widgets_on = 0

Use these values in a transform to preset your install if you don't want to control it through Group Policy.

The only downside is that a Xobni sales dweeb might contact you.
