WOW what a week! On Monday I spent most of the day on the phone with VMware trying to get SRM to work properly, still waiting for that to work. On Tuesday we had our wireless internet fail so spent most of the day on the phone with Clear trying figure that out.  today is Wednesday hopefully i can get some real work done today.  but we will see.

I need to set up a VPN tunnel for IR to be able to remote in to our system to install IR5 for testing.  We use Fire Pass as our VPN.  Now I need to go read the Manuel to figure out how it all works.

 That has been my week so far in a nut shell.
