Hi,
After the upgrade of our K1000 to version 6.2 I noticed a lot of errors in the application event logs on every machine relating to "ACUConfig". These appeared every two hours. I tracked down the ACUConfig executable to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Kace directory and it looks like when the machine checks in these events appear.
I logged a call with support and they said they had another person log a call with the same issue. They have passed this to engineering to have a look at.

This seems to relate to physical boxes, what about VMware virtual servers that do not have Intel vPro processors, do we just have to put up with constant event log errors every 2 hours ? - KiwiJJ 9 years ago

Very useful info, I will implement it here as it would be nice to make those errors "go away". Be even nicer if Dell could implement their software correctly. - KiwiJJ 9 years ago
