Summary: Submitters are receiving an e-mail when the service desk ticket is updated with Owners Only is checked.
Issue: Submitter should not receive an e-mail at all as the submitter box is unchecked in Service Desk Configuration (Email on Events)
Resolution: This has been identfied. Upgrading to K1000 server version 5.4 resolves issue.
