Sneak Peek: The ITNinja Black Belt Award

Well here it [almost] is! This is a prototype of the ITNinja Black Belt award we will be sending to the first 100 people to make it to the level of black belt! We are ordering a hundred, but only a dozen members currently qualify so your odds of making it are strong if you come back and interact with any regularity!
