We kick off the UK KACE User Forum with our first Virtual Meeting, here are some Q&A's to help you prepare
1, Why is the first UK KACE User Group Virtual?
- We have chosen to hold a virtual meeting for a number of reasons,
- COVID
- We did not know where the best physical place to hold the event would be based on the users that wanted to attend.
- It is a more flexible option when we are unable to guess how many KACE users will be attending
2, How frequently will User Group meetings be scheduled for?
- We will start with Quarterly meetings, unless demand grows and then we will review the frequency
3, Will all UK KACE user Groups be Virtual?
- No we hope to move to physical meetings once we are established as a group and we can work out the best location in the UK
4, What is the agenda for the meeting?
- Every meeting will be made up of Quest update information about the KACE product, valuable information about how to use specific KACE functionality to resolve challenges, Open Q and A sessions to prompt discussion
- We also want to encourage attendees to set the agenda so we can cover subjects that give the most value and provide the most help
5, Who is hosting the UK KACE User Forum?
- Quest is hosting the event and providing KACE Staff to support
6, Can I get my specific KACE product questions answered at the Forum?
- Yes!!! We want you to ask those questions, in fact once you register we will provide an email address for you to send them to us up front!!!
7, Is there such a thing as a "Free Lunch", this looks too good to be true?
- No probably not, but there is such a thing as FREE CAKE!!!!
- We intend to send to every attendee Tea/Coffee and Cake along with other Quest goodies, so we can all enjoy a quality tea break while discussing and learning more about KACE!!
