This is really the best way to deploy any of the "free" Adobe products: AIR, Flash, Reader, and Shockwave. -

How do you handle the muli-language installs. Do you have separate setup.ini files in which you define the various language codes? -

Acrobat Pro comes in a multi-language package, but, to my knowledge, the free Reader does not.

You can just use the FTP link but to be in compliance with Adobe you must register to distribute reader. It doesn't take long and it easy to do. -
